The advisory board of the Rollins Center for eBusiness, is composed of leaders from many industries that touch the eBusiness domain. These leaders provide the center with guiding influence in research, projects, activities, and overall structure. Advisory board members oversee and participate in the activities of various committees, planning major projects and initiatives.
The eBusiness Center's advisory board members also help to recruit new industry leaders to serve on the board in order to keep the center fresh and on the cutting edge. Advisory board members speak at conferences and in the center's lecture series, provide contacts in industry, assist with fundraising, and help to identify industry specialists for specific projects. The advisory board typically meets semiannually, in April and October.
