PeakSpan, LLC: New Homeowner Gift Project
Company Background
PeakSpan, LLC, based in Salt Lake City, is an international leader in developing professional-quality software for small-businesses. Products created by PeakSpan are currently in use by hundreds of thousands of users throughout the world and are marketed by world class hardware and software vendors. PeakSpan specializes in localized, UI-rich Windows clients, industrial-strength database-driven web applications, and integration between the two.
Project Summary
PeakSpan introduced us to its idea of a “New Homeowner Gift” which would be sold to realtors and homebuilders who in turn would give it to new homeowners as closing gifts. We were charged with answering the following questions through a market demand survey administered to the top ten fastest growing housing markets:
1. Does a market exist for gift giving in the real estate industry?
2. Does PeakSpan’s new product meet the demand within that market?
