Allegiance, Inc. is a company focused on building customer & employee loyalty.
One of Allegiance's products is an online feedback system that has currently been implemented in the SAAS department on BYU campus. Our project involved doing market research throughout the remaining 24 departments at BYU on behalf of Allegiance, Inc. Our engagement included finding out if each of the 24 departments currently had a feedback system in place, finding out if each of the departments would be interested in adopting the Allegiance feedback system, and finding out what concerns and objections each of the departments had about implementing the Allegiance feedback system.
Once we met with all of the departments on BYU campus, we documented our findings in concise matrixes so that Allegiance executives would have a precise understanding of how to later approach each of the departments to sell them the feedback system. This benefited them by knowing exactly what concerns the departments had as they went into meetings with them to talk about implementing the system.
We gained valuable business experience as we worked on this challenging, but rewarding, project, and our client expressed that we had provided them great value-added information.
