Xpress Bill Pay is an online bill payment service provider that helps municipal governments by offering a secure, easy-to-use bill payment system for local citizens. This service reduces administrative overhead costs.
Project Summary
The purpose of this project was to define a target market and to identify potential customers and partners to aid company growth. The team researched financial applications of Municipalities in various states to better understand the financial applications, financial tools, and billing and payment processes of potential Xpress Bill Pay customers.
The team formulated a list of interested cities and financial applications to aid Xpress Bill Pay in concentrating sales and marketing efforts.
