Squire and Company, PC is a successful CPA and Business Consulting Firm located in Orem, Utah. One of the primary services Squire offers is accounting software implementation. Squire is recognized by Intuit as being fourth in the nation in total number of QuickBooks implementations.

Project Summary

The scope of the project includes developing a checklist and signoff toolkit to help mitigate recurring problems encountered during QuickBooks implementation engagements. One of the goals of this project is to extend the ability of performing implementations to other employees.

The team was able to create a toolkit that helped Squire & Co. mitigate existing and potential problems with its QuickBooks implementation engagements.
