eLeaven is humanitarian-focused initiative whose goal is to apply technology to raise humanity. This semester, the efforts of the eLeaven Committee have been focused on the eCANDLE project. The goal of this project is to create effective mobile learning for people around the world, who need to learn basic e-business, communication, and leadership skills in order to secure better jobs that will enable them to support their families and serve effectively in their communities.

The eCandle Foundation is a not for profit organization that is revolutionizing the online delivery of education to emerging third world economies. The eCandle Foundation will provide resources for self-sufficiency through education to those who can not afford or who would otherwise not have the opportunity to gain it.
